Fitness plays a big part in our overall health, but it can be challenging to start and stick with a Fitness Routine. Freedomspace has you covered by providing Tips, Education, and Workouts to help you reach your physical fitness goals. Our Virtual classes are taught via Moxie, and in-person classes are upon request (Read Freedomspace's COVID-19 response). Classes range in cost from Flex Pay - $5! Less than a 'Starbucks Latte'. We look forward to seeing you put some sweat on the floor with us......

HIIT & Tabata

HIIT & Tabata is a fun and entertaining mix of High-Intensity Interval Training, Tabata, and Strength Training. This is an interval training type of class meant to provide an integrative workout that is suitable for all fitness levels.

Vibe & Flow

Vibe is our breath. Flow is our movement. Yoga combines both of these energies in harmony. Freedomspace Vibe & Flow Yoga is a 30-minute class that integrates Hip Hop Dance conditioning, mat Pilates, yoga, and strength training that will leave you feeling, looking, and performing better in less time. This class is a time to help you tune out all outside distractions and focus on one thing: You.
